PECULIARITY
Their objects are often originated by the desire of answering to personal needs with local and disused raw materials.

BIOGRAPHY

Sara Furno is an architect, artistic and full of enthusiasm for newness, she spends her free time with Edoardo to materialize many ideas. Edoardo Orso is a civil engineer, all long attracted by manual activities, when he was young he began to know the wood as raw material and to produce decorative objects by using inventiveness and creative ability.
In 2012 they found Esigenza Creativa in order to follow and materialize many conceptions. It represents the union trait between ideas and technique. Their name is the symbol of many objects originated by the desire of answering to personal needs with local and disused raw materials, but above all with their creativity. They strongly believe in “0 km design”, their objects are made exclusively by Italian wood from Biella’s area or by disused materials. In their artistic creations, wood is never treated with paint but only with oil and natural products to show its details and naturalness.
